Town passed the 16,000 season ticket mark at noon today!

Mr Ray Rogers (pictured) bought the 16,000th ticket at noon and with the cut-price deal not running out until 5pm today, new season ticket records are being set every hour.

Business has been brisk at the ticket office, with many supporters getting their last chance tickets as a result of the television advert that has been running during this Last Chance Centenary Week.

More than 54% of the Club's supporters are new, with numbers operating at 213% on last year.

On this fantastic record, ticket office manager Sue Beaumont said: "It has been an amazing six weeks and has surpassed all expectations.

"I would like to thank all our supporters for their patience at busy periods and ask them to bear with us if they have not received their tickets yet. The new allocation of books will arrive next Friday and we hope to have everyone supplied by the first week in July."
